We are a new yoga and wellness community here in Barcelona. Since launching in November 2025, our mission has been to cultivate a supportive space where people can connect, while offering accessible classes that promote wellbeing and inner transformation.Would you like to join our community? Our candlelight Yin class is located in the beautiful Centro Sarana studio near Passeig sant joan. In this class, we focus on relaxation with combining asanas, aromatherapy, and a soothing environment.
Relax and unwind with us in the beautiful El 7 studio in Poblenou. In this class, we will reset the nervous system and hold asanas for 3-5 minutes, combining the powerful energy of Yin yoga and soothing essence of aromatherapy.
The room is heated to 30 C, come prepared to sweat in this hour long session where we combine mindful movements with strength and music to match.**Please bring a yoga mat and mat towel for this class **
